“The two ladies treated my partner and i with so much courtesy and respect today when we popped in. They were so helpful and provided outstanding customer service. It made our day. Thank you once again.”
“What an adventure. The stories that unfolded were extraordinary. Fabulous, welcoming staff who enthusiastically told us the stories behind the pieces. I bought gold hoop earrings which I wear regularly. A must visit destination.”
“I’m an art dealer and collector and I arrived at 4:15 pm to the store to purchase a ring and was told by the sales staff they were closed, even though online it says 5 pm. Apparently, they close at 4:30 in winter, so we still had 10 minutes to make the purchase; however, the staff members prioritised going home early instead. Very disappointing, considering we drove a long way. I’d advise anyone to ring ahead as the store seems to pick and choose their hours and who they serve based on when it suits them. They had a beautiful collection and it was a shame to not be able to see it.”
“Fantastic jewellery collection, including a 2,000 year old Roman ring found in the river Thames (not for sale). All the antiques jewellery in the store is absolutely beautiful, a long with a large collection of cutlery sets, a good portion of which are made from silver. Only issue being the price range. Do not expect to spend less than $100 on an item, as this is pretty much the bare minimum your going to find. If you don't have a good $500 to spend on jewellery, I wouldn't recommend this place.”
“This beautiful shop is a step back into history. The family orientated customer service is warm and very friendly. The amazing array of jewellery is quaintly amplified by the delicate pieces of Sterling Silver and antique China. Love love love visiting whenever I'm on the coast.”
