Anglicare Op Shop - Leura

“lady at the front was incredibly rude to us and told us she’d “chuck us out of the store” in 2 minutes at 2:16 when the closing time is supposed to be for 2:30 (we had been there for 5 minutes prior to this). would’ve had no problem if she just spoke to us normally. at an op shop targeted to helping the vulnerable community i worry if this is how she speaks to people in need of actual assistance.”

“The rudest op shop ever. Lady screaming at me - no pets allowed, there is a sign in a window. I’m looking at the every single window to try to see it ask her- where is it? Turns out the sign is not there. I guess she doesn’t realised she just missed out on me buying a $40 item 🥲”

“Horrible staff told off our boy for perusing the toys. We dropped the things we were going to purchase and walked out. Be better champ”

“Went here yesterday to look for a walking stick. What a rude shop assistant not really helpful at all. It was like we were a burden to her when we asked her a couple things. She couldn't even stop doing doing stuff when we spoked to her. Not good customer service at all and rather shocking behaviour for a church member. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone”

“These guys are fairly new to the spread of blue mountains Op shops, however, they have become one of our must go to's, we love the setup of the shop, and the staff are always friendly”
