“Avid op shopper. Came all the way to Manly while holidaying for this shop, as last visit about 1.5yrs ago it was amazing, extremely disappointed. Used Kmart bikini $20, old black boots $38, no brand dress $35. The prices were just crazy. Last visit I spent about $150 and am happy to pay reasonable prices for preloved clothes, I left empty handed today. I wouldn't bother the trip if you are considering it.”

“It’s disgusting the amount you are charging here, this should be a place for people to shop at who are struggling. The fact you guys are fine to charge $10 for used cotton on bikini bottoms $10 for a single Anko (Kmart) plate and $5 for an old Christmas card like what the hell??. This is so wrong no wonder you guys have such bad reviews on google.”

“I love the community pantry here because they have a wide selection of items and always get worth more than the $12 you pay for. Though the size of the store is quite overwhelming, they have a good range of quality baby clothes, homeware, toys, hats and scarves for a good price, and the staff are very friendly”

“At the back of the store there are some shelves with groceries, bags and signs saying to fill a bag for $12. So we spent about 10 minutes deciding which items we wanted and then took the bag to the counter to pay for it. The lady at the counter asked us whether we only had one of each item because there was a limit of one of each item per bag. We had multiples of various things so my partner took the bag back and put the groceries back on the shelves. At this stage we were both thinking we must have missed the sign. I mentioned to the lady that I didnt see a sign saying there was a limit of one of each item and she said that the sign was being made. Errr could she, and the manager of that op shop not see the stupidity of that situation? Apparently not because if they could they would have taken 2 minutes to get a piece of paper, a pen and some sticky tape or blu tack and make a temporary sign. Instead they waste customers time and expect people to be mind readers. It's gobsmackingly ludicrous.”

“I was surprised to find this op shop is huge! It has wheely shopping baskets and lots of change rooms - no waiting! I found shoes which look new - a favourite brand, 'Planet Shoes'. Also some beautiful tops and jumpers. The cashier was lovely and gave me a discount because of a missing button on a cardigan.”
