“Rude, Arrogant, Unfriendly. Quoted for a service on a bike, get told its $400 for an OIL AND FILTER CHANGE on a bike that's hardly been ridden. Are you for real?? When i asked why its so expensive, he says "because i charge $134 an hour" bluntly. PS your website looks like a 3 year old did it. Would not recommend, its a shame, I have 4 bikes i could have gotten serviced regularly by you guys. I suggest lowering your insanely high price for a service, and cheer up a little when talking to your customers.”
