“Walked in and it smelt horrible, Was looking at fabric, one was already unrolled, so I held it up and had a look, one Volunteer was standing behind me, then rudely asked if I was ok and asked why I did that, I told her it was already undone, then she grabbed the fabric out of my hands thwn proceeded to shove the ticket in my face and said it already had the sizing on it. Certainly won't be going back if that's how they are going to treat people,”

“I'd accept the relatively steep prices if the volunteers weren't entirely dismissive. Every time I've walked into this shop in the last year, I've been completely ignored and stared at by attendants, and then they welcome the next person who comes in with open arms. Not sure if it has anything to do with my alternative fashion or the employees are just generally dismissive. But the best thing about going to shop 2nd hand is the element of community and welcoming. I won't be wasting my time here, nor recommending them to any of my friends that also enjoy op shopping. overall a very disappointing experience as I have good memories of coming here as a teenager.”
