“Bought a lovely top & sun hat today. Support the Red Cross please.”

“Yet another op-shop full of over-priced low-quality fast fashion that you can buy for less, brand new. I don't know who they think is shopping there, but people in need can't afford to and people who can afford it know they can buy elsewhere for less. It's absolutely shameful that these places are allowed to masquerade as charities (and exploit charity tax benefits) whilst doing nothing charitable at all. Our district is full of families in need with nowhere affordable to shop. The Red Cross should be ashamed.”

“Clean and tidy shop but doesn't have much stock, mostly clothes and accessories only. Able to find some good designer brands to fast fashion brands but prices are high for an op shop, you could find cheaper in the retail stores itself.”

“Over priced beyond what is reasonable - selling fast fashion clothes for more than what they would have cost new. Give it a miss if you like op shopping..”

“Very overpriced. I went in and found a boho dress with no brand name displayed. It was $35 which is just a bit too much when I could literally buy something new for a fraction of the price. I shop at op shops because it’s all I can afford, I asked the lady if they did any pension discounts (like others do) and she said no. She seemed pretty uptight and almost as though she was looking down on me for being poor. Op shops are not what they used to be and it’s sad. I understand it is for charity, but it’s also supposed to be an outlet for those less fortunate - now all they care about it making a profit. Make op shops op shops again and not some high end posh boutique!!!”
