“I purchased an electric cleaning brush from here. They obviously did not quality check the item. It did not come with the charger - which the instructions and box said it did. So I tried to find a charger around the house that fits the socket and lo and behold the item doesn’t work. Also they don’t accept refunds. Waste of my money.”

“If you're an op shop for charity, why do you have items on display that are not for sale and are almost always vintage or collectable and worth money. You are there for charity, lower your prices as you get it for free, sell everything you get given. It is not your personal antique shop, ITS FOR CHARITY. Act accordingly. You and all that do the same in the name of charity are a disgrace when you don't sell stock you receive for nothing. I have terminal cancer and I don't like op shops using that and other causes as an excuse to hold items instead of making the items benefit the people you apparently say you help. Do better.”

“What a spot. We called in on a white ticket half price sale. Got a bunch of stuff at ridiculously cheep prices. A couple of cushions for $2.50 each and the bargain of the day was the 1950’s telephone table with its original vinyl upholstery in great condition and it looks perfect in our spare room.
