“Mel, Joel, and the team at JShop Eaglehawk were absolutely outstanding in helping us furnish an entire home. They made the process so easy, offering great quality furniture at truly affordable prices. Not only is their store full of quality items, but their customer service is next level—super helpful, responsive, and even provided delivery. What really impressed me is their willingness to go the extra mile: if they don’t have what you’re looking for, just ask—they’ll often be able to source it for you. I can’t recommend them highly enough!”
“Mel and the team did an amazing job with my estate sale of furniture. From quoting to collection and then payment the process worked well and was no fuss. All with a smile. Would highly recommend.”
“They advertised a dining set on Facebook marketplace and they kept on rejecting my offer. Finally accepted and I made a time to pick up. It was already sold by the time I got there. I am unsure whether it was racism or incompetence”
“Very bad customer service travelled over an hour and they new I was coming and sold to someone else disgusting”
“Always something different. Great prices. Best secondhand furniture and appliances in Bendigo. Highly recommended”
