“My 2 children and I went there straight after I picked them up from school as my kids needed to dress up for a country theme disco.The website says open til 3:30 and we walked in at 3:15 to be told that the register would be closing down in 2 minutes.We rushed around trying to find something and within 5 minutes the lady yelled shop closed.I then just shook my head and we all walked out back to the car across the road and my phone said 3:20. I understand that it's volunteer work but if it states that it's open til 3:30 then the register should be open til 3:30 in my opinion.”

“I, untill recently was Busy Fingers No. 1 fan. I couldn't get enough of them! I'd rave about them ALL the time . Months ago they had a change in staff followed by a change in attitude. Where once ALL the ladies on counter would be nice , helpful and wrap your items or at least help you once the new manager came in all that went by the by. I had cause months after this change to lodge a formal complaint against one of the women on counter for being rude. I think she may have been spoken to but nothing has changed. Today my son and I went into Busy Fingers since my house burnt down. We were happy, popping a couple of things in the hold shelf and basically enjoying being back on Bribie today. My son placed my holds on the counter and the woman who caused me to lodge a complaint against her was serving my son. Quite friendly until I walked up. My son was putting this on the counter a bit faster than I was ready for. There was a blouse I wanted to have a decent look @ it before buying it. The woman heard me and MADE A GROANING NOISE. The sort of thing that kids do ...... Not elderly women. I snapped, " I'll be quick!" I just handed my card to my son to pay as I ran it top back. I returned in time to receive my docket. I had it handed to me with her head bent down while her eyes studied the counter. I'd had enough. I said, " Looking at me, giving me eye contact while you're handing me something would be good." Pardon? she asked. I repeated it to her.......now comes the cruncher .....she sniped at me ," WHAT EVER!!!" Turned her back on me and walked away!!!!! If she worked or volunteered anywhere else she'd be out. I'm disgusted.”
