“Amara was amazing help! Really made my day! The big old guy made me feel a little uncomfortable with watching me like a hawlk struggling in the hot sun! But the kindness and good customer service was worth it really appreciate amara and the tall skinny manager.”

“Was a bit sus about buying a Samsung watch online from here, but item came in perfect condition as new. Really happy customer, thanks!”

“I wish I could rate this place less then 1 star rude and un caring customer service don't expect any of the items your order online from this CC to arrive in any sort of timely manner. Don't expect anyone to have any answers when you call and then play the blame game with auspost after essentially admitting the staff are lazy with posting things out. What on earth did I pay for express shipping for feels like it would have been somehow quicker with regular post. Dropped $500 on a phone and was planning on buying two more similar phone in the coming weeks but this was such a crap experience I'd rather spend more and by from a local store and actually get my product same day”

“This place is ridiculous and think they can take advantage of people that are in need. I took an item that I no longer need just to try and recoup something rrp $2800. There offer was "under 400" now if if were desperate for money I'd have probably taken that and been ripped off these units sell used for around 1400 basically a legal scam. When I said it was a low offer the young dude just looked at me like im some sort of fool and he was doing the right thing these companies are scum of the earth”

“They lied straight to my face. I purchased a DJI Mavic 3 (Drone) and the listing stated it was in working order. I even emailed to ensure the device was working perfectly and was told it worked fine with no errors. To my surprise when i opened the drone i found it was still bound to the previous owners account. Although i did quickly solve this issue with a quick live chat to DJI. But thats not the end, After test flying it i found that the obstacle avoidance sensors are broken. The drone gives multiple big red errors on screen about it, which are impossible to miss. So yeah, they pretty much lied to my face. Would not reccomend.”
