“They're pretty good, but they lose a couple of stars for selling bootleg anime. Wasn't the first time which was ignored. Hopefully, they'll remove them this time around.”
“Incredible! Jessalyn went above and beyond to assist me. Amazing online communication and was so nice. Kept me up to date with my enquiry constantly. Not many people would go out of their way like this, i was delightfully surprised. Not only a fantastic employee but what a fantastic human being. An absolute asset. Thanks so much for everything, i appreciate it very very much 🙏”
“Great store! Ordered from webshop and shipped in 1 day and arrived a couple days later. Items in Great condition. Will buy from this store again.”
“Bought an Apple Watch and the service was great. They knocked a bit off the price for me with no complaints. Very happy.”
“I purchased a Gibson Flying V from Cash Converters Campbell town on Saturday. I made an offer Friday afternoon and purchased it Saturday morning. The transaction was seamless. The team adjusted the price online so I could make payment. I then provided them with the collection details from my selected shipping company because I live interstate. The team made me confident that my guitar would arrive to me because they wouldn’t allow it to leave the store without the correct shipping documentation. This was an easier transaction than I thought. Thanks again.”
