“Absolutely terrible experience would give zero stars if possible. Was sold a bike and was super excited to go riding. Booked the bike in for a service before my first ride at a reputable retailer only to find out the bike was clearly stolen and that this wasn’t the first time this cash converters has done this just at this retailer. These people are recklessly selling stolen goods. BE VERY WARY!”
“Process was very easy and speedy. Baz helped explain the whole process and offer a great price, would recommend bringing any old jewellery here for sure. 10/10”
“You need to get the air con fixed and it was apparent as staff would not even move a dollar on price today. Lost a $220.00 sale. Thanks. - Sunday 02/02 @ 2:00pm.”
“It’s my first time at Cash Converts Wooden and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mo. Mo was especially polite, patient and efficient in delivering his customer service. From the moment, I walked in he greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. He was attentive and genuinely interested in helping me with what I was looking for. Thank you for the exceptional service and positive attitude. I will definitely be returning to Cash Converters again. Amazing service Mo Thank you”
“Baz was great with pricing my phone. He worked very quick and gave me a fair price without any hassle. Definitely recommend as it takes all the effort out of selling your products.”
