Church 4 Life Op Shop- Warners Bay

“Received a handbag from your sister store, The Red Door, same location, that was NOT what I ordered therefore, was wanting to return, or refund. As per you return policy, I immediately contacted Red Door. No replies to my emails, phone calls, texts or messages. You were quick take my money though... I suggest that you follow your own policy, reply to my emails, and sort YOUR mistake out promptly.”

“I wish I could leave a zero level rating. Church for Life Warners Bay and Cardiff are easily the most over priced op shops in Newcastle area. I went into Warners Bay store today and found a rack labelled “designer clothes” that had single item prices of $80 and $90. As for the regular label clothing the prices are often on par or a few dollars more costly than buying brand new. I would’ve assumed that a church charity store would be more in tune with its community and fair decent pricing given our current economic state. However I walked away today feeling as though it was exploiting its patrons kind donations and generosity.”

“My favourite part was when l went to donate and was interrogated about my donations as soon as l walked in the door . Love that the food products they sell are only 50 cents cheaper than the supermarket but 3 months out of date .Great to see that K-mart products are sold for $1 -$2 cheaper than they normally are .”

“A great little op shop The sales man was super friendly with a great work ethic and attitude, very refreshing to see such a wonderful young worker. I got some great goodies.”

“Thank you so much Church 4 Life! I had my donation collected last week (approx 16 bags of clothes, shoes & handbags, some of which were brand new or barely used). It was so easy to book my collection & they collected on the agreed day. I will definitely use your wonderful service again! Thanks again.”
