“Leif is a genuine good bloke , he looked after me after there was a problem with the item I bought from him . He offered my money back but I was happy to keep it and have it repaired , so he shared the cost of the repair . I’m more than happy with the purchase price even after the repairs are paid for !”
“Leif was great to chat to and have deals to match, will be back :)”
“Fantastic customer service, excellent and prompt communication. I live 350km away and was able to pay direct deposit and item was posted same day. Arrived in fantastic condition. Very transparent and trustworthy business. Cheers Leif”
“Amazing post-sales service by Leif and the team with my encyclopedia purchase. These guys have integrity and always put the customer first. Reliable & honest business, great dealing with them!”
“How good are these guys? I rang before travelling 50mins to buy a line trimmer. Leif put it on hold until I arrived without me having to ask him to. I arrive to friendly, helpful service and a nice quick transaction. Keep it up boys, not too many places where you get that these days.”
