“Not a comfortable place to be when you immediately get negatively profiled by certain staff, the moment you walk in. Please relax it's an opp shop, no need to profile people who walk into your shop because of your own personal insecurities. Whether racially or based on how one is dressed, it's never acceptable. There is no need to judge and stare down people for no reason, it's 2023 and people are past the stone age. The person responsible for this knows who they are, I suggest they get some help to learn how to treat people. Have a great day.”
