“Highly disappointed!!!!! After years of shopping at this great shop. Seeing it grow and support people with disabilities. Diversity and ❤️. All I see now is Marketing, no training and gross profit. Such as shame, that something that was meant to show that beauty can come in many ways. Is now now a well shined, money making, boutique. Very clever tax break I presume though.”

“Large front windows...allowing beautiful natural light in Store airy, clean, no musty aroma. Clothing presentation was orderly and displayed in colour coded style. Easy to seek out items in desired colour.Particularly enjoyed low hung clothing racks which enabled a scan of the entire store. Loved the table directly in front as I entered the store, an interesting array of items displayed, including shoes😀 bonus! I was greeted immediately I entered the store (my top priority) No book shelf as I recalled from last time (possibly 12 months ago). Disappointed re books as I was particularly seeking children's books as was my experience last visit. In my brief scan of store didn't notice children's books. A few adult looking paperbacks displayed throughout I think. Don't recall hearing background music but now that I ponder hmmmm not sure as my focus was on items/prices/presentation/style/system used...and of course the vibe! The vibe...hmmm would I look fwd to revisit - yes👍🏻 I believe from memory it was a quiet store ...would prefer instrumental music playing for more comfortable conversation. Spoke to CEO...she was professional, knowledgeable, welcoming...and open to conversation. A Friday morning, not too hectic but movement of customers throughout store as I recall. Enough space to comfortably move around. Pricing I think reasonable for quality of item. Unsure of competitive pricing to compare yet. Car park clearly marked w/ signage directly outside shop front. Just about a hop skip n a jump back to car! Would I be returning for another enjoyable experience? Yes, absolutely👍🏻😀👌”
