“They definitely have some good stock… but prices of second hand goods are absurd. $80 for second hand Adidas sneakers, $30 for a target jumper, $50 for a t-shirt with stains on it… and when you ask if they can do a better price, “no we don’t do that, it’s for charity.” Never heard that from another charity shop but okay.”

“Ridiculously expensive prices here considering they receive stock for free and free workers. They do say proceeds go to the vulnerable, but they "hand pick" their stock for their discerning customers. So if you are not a discerning customer and you are struggle or vulnerable, be ready to get ripped off before you can get help. Or go to the less "discerning" areas to buys cheaper clothes as their suggestion.”

“I visited this store today and was interested in some of their sneakers, they were selling fake LV, Gucci, and Chanel for over $1000 - I pointed this out to the manger Kate and advised that the sale of fake goods was a criminal offence and she said she would remove them all and took them off to the back room. I popped back an hour later and they were all put back next to the front desk, reduced!!! From $1350 to $950 please be aware - someone is going to purchase these thinking they are getting genuine label and they absolutely will Be getting a fake. Lutheran - really???????????”

“My partner and I are avid op shoppers and this is the worst one we have been to. The items are extremely over priced compared to ALL other op shops. If this is a charity and you are wanting to give the funds to those in needed- wouldn’t you aim to be reasonably priced and sell as much as possible rather than having things sitting on racks for long periods of times? ☹️Anyway happy op shopping all I recommend going somewhere else!”
