Fridge Factory

“Rude people that shouldn't work in customer service!!!! Do not appreciate being talked down to or made to feel stupid”

“THE RUDEST MAN ON THE PHONE!!!! My partner got off the phone to him and told me about how rude he was to him and what he was saying. I kind of thought maybe he was just over exaggerating. Then I spoke to him on the phone a few days later and I actually cannot believe someone in customer service could be so abrupt and plain rude. Aside from that, Alex the person who came out was LOVELY and fixed the issue for us. However I would not recommend these guys at all!!!”

“Purchased a brand new fridge freezer for half the cost of the big shops and had it delivered. They went and above and beyond any expectations (they had to remove my front door and then they put it back on for me) to ensure they could get it in the kitchen. They even explained how to connect up the water for the filtered water and ice maker. Extremely happy! Thank you, we will be highly recommending you and we will be back for other electrical appliances as the needs arise.”

“My washing machine had stop working with filled water. Called up manufacturer customer service and had technician sent from fridge factory. It was urgent call and tight to make booking but they kept my hope and sent Alex right on time the next day with great service! Clean, friendly, professional and kind! He helped me wipe all the water on the floor as well! I am a very happyly satisfied customer, will recommend to alll people! Thank you Alex and fridge factory!”

“Went to look at a fridge that I was keen to buy. Was overwhelmed at the condition and cleanliness of the unit. Very competitively priced as well so I bought it immediately. I have had it now for just over a month and I am completely happy. Good people to do business with.”
