“This was the third time I've went in there and the manager/owner has given me attitude. I asked the third time can I get a game around any cheaper or matched to the same price as all stores that sell a game especially second hand and he belittled me basically saying that they aren't those stores with a sarcastic tone. He didnt even know the store till i explained it to him. I immediately said don't even worry about it and walked out. If you don't want to be ripped off I suggest you not buy from here”

“Wont ever return to this pawnbroker. The staff are so incredibly rude and the jewellery is over priced. I always feel so unwelcomed and awkward when I ask to try on jewellery. The last time I went there, I was told that I wasn't welcome because I didn't have a mask, despite having a mask exemption from my doctor - not that it's any of your business. Will never return and have mentioned this bad experience to my friends and family. I buy a large amount of jewellery and I will not spend money at a business this poorly managed and this uneducated. This was the last straw.”

“I was short on a bit of money - Had to go to New Zealand for Family emergency. The boys were great when it come to giving me a loan for my wedding ring. Long story short I forgot about it and ended up remembering six months later. Went back - and the ring was still sitting there and they haven’t charge three months worth of interest and letting me layby it back to get it back.
