“Honestly in the last two years customer service has gone externally down hill, I have experienced this on numerous occasions and am well and truly over it is consider some staff changes. I will never shop or donate to this location again after my mum was met with hostility while donating things”

“Won't be going back to this store, staff at the checkout were rude and spoke down to me. I tried to buy something from the clearance rack and the staff wanted to charge me a ridiculous price. This is a second hand store not a designer store. I can go to Big W, kmart or target and get a similar product cheaper.”

“I just donated a boot load of sheets, quilt covers & pillow cases all in good conditions. Had to ask for a trolley. No one smiled or offered to help. Wheeled the trolley into the shop and told by a sullen looking lady to take it out back. Another sullen looking lady told me to put the trolley over there with a point. I waited for a thank you which never came so I said I had just donated a load of items and no one said thank you. I did not expect confetti or balloons but a smile and a thank you might have been nice. Will donate elsewhere next time.”

“I visited today with my 2 daughters. Most items are so over priced. I don't understand how op shops can charge so much for donated items. The shop staff were lovely and the store is colourful and inviting, just wish you got more for your money”

“This store has one of the best Gold Seal sections I've come across in an op shop - and the items are reasonably-priced, too. The staff are so chatty and friendly, which makes shopping here a really enjoyable experience. This is definitely one of my new favourites and worth the drive from Perth CBD. I can't wait to go back.”
