“Popped into the shop on 18/07/25. And had the most wonderful customer service from the young staff member on the floor. She was lovely, polite and bubbly. Had the most wonderful energy about her and was very welcoming. I didn’t get her name but it was around 11:07am. I wish all sales assistants were like her if they were the world would be a better place. 💖💖💖”
“I selected an ex Target waistcoat in a 14, I'm a 12 & proceeded to the counter to purchase! A grey haired 70yrs + asked iif I was buying for someone else, I said it was for myself & why such an invasive unprofessional question, the staff member said its because I can't return if for someone else! I found this hideous & told her to stick the waistcoat. This women told me I was disgusting & continued exclaiming oh my God, oh my God how rude! Guess I'll never be back or will never donate again as this behaviour is disturbing & disgusting!”
“Some days ago I went to drop some bags for donations. The woman who assisted me asked to check the bags first. She said in a bad tone "nah I don't want to take this. The socks are old and the bags leather is starting to peel" I didn't say anything back, i just left. I mean, seriously? It's not everything in bad conditions. Many beautiful stuff too. She didn't check it properly, also another 2 bags were still in my car, she didn't even ask to check. Also long time ago someone from this shop said they collect the bad one for recycling. Then put good one for sale. So when I clean up my wardrobe I just chuck everything inside without sorting it out. Those bags are now gone to the bin because she made me angry. I don't even want to take the beautiful stuff. Just throw everything to the bin. She works there, she is suppose to work and do the job to sort it out. Either you lazy or you are stress for getting old, I mean no need to be so entitled. She forgot that I am customer too. I went there many time for shopping. Am not gonna donate or buy anything from this op shop.”
“I recently had a wonderful shopping experience at Good Sammy's Bunbury. Megan provided exceptional service - was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a bargain with good customer service!”
“Price range is good. Heaps of stuff but a but if a messy layout. Plenty of parking compared to Salvos next door. I’d love to come back here again.”
