“Have to share the terrible experience with this shop near Hamilton Station. Bought a table and other three pieces of furniture two weeks ago for over $3500 but the table was not able to fit into our formal dinning area. I called the shop today and friendly told them the reason and ask whether I can deliver back the table to the shop for a return. (Please note, I only require to return one item among four pieces of furniture.) I said I will cover the delivery cost for the return. The owner, Tim, is really rude and said, "this is not possible, I have already ordered in a larger table in the shop and there is no space for this table to be returned". I don't quite get why this "no return" policy is not on the tax invoice. I understand "return policy" is for all Australian shops except for pharmacy. For the furniture shops, "no space" is a very good excuse to refuse your customer's return requirement! Will never go there again and also recommend other buyers think twice before buying form them.”

You don't need to be old to appreciate the grandeur in this store of finery.”
