Johnno's Outreach Centre And Op Shop

“Westfield in one tiny shop. Stock is displayed to highlight and be easily accessible. Huge variety of clothing house hold goods. The staff are the icing on the cake just wonderful.”

“I was looking in this shop a couple of days ago. There was a candle that did not have a price on. I asked the lady how much please. She said “ somebody has taken the price off” I responded “well it wasn’t me” she did not respond. She said “ I’ll have to go and ask…. $3” She made me feel that it was me taking the price off! May I suggest as it was a waxy candle it may have fallen off? If I wanted to steal something it would not be from an op shop and it would definitely be a higher priced item! How dare she insinuate I was taking the price off!!!!!!! I was furious. I just walked out never to go back.”

“Dropped a heap of clothing off here for them. What absolutely lovely ladies, friendly and smiling which makes a difference. It was clean, tidy and didn't smell musty! This will be my go to shop for donations for sure, instead of the others in town.”

“Lovely shop I went in on a Friday morning the young lady that served me was so polite and friendly good prices very clean shop”

“Don't bother shopping here, if you have an exemption letter, they don't care, ask to see your personal Medical information. Once shown still get a whatever and to get out for an answer. I have shopped here weekly for years. Today you have lost a loyal customer and will let everyone know how they discriminate & bully.”
