“Shop is loaded with products. Only bad thing about this place is the people who work there. They have absolutely no interest in serving you. How they make any money is a wonder. They will eventually serve you, but it is not with any joy. My last time l visit, I don't recommend this shop to anyone. Asked to take photos was given permission. Have been threatened with a lawyer so have deleted photos of the inside. But my opinion of the staff in this shop has not changed . Have added photos of the outside of this business.”

“Everything in the store is overpriced! Very close to new prices but very second hand items. A quick google search on any item in there will show you how overpriced they are, even after telling them the price new they tried to offer it to me $9 cheaper than new I offered $30 for the $40 dollar item ($49 new with 12 months warranty) they ended up giving it to me for $30 with a 7 day warranty 😂 (actually fair trading has said anything purchased from them has 3 months warranty regardless of what they say) So any issues with returning items purchased from them don’t argue with them just go directly to fair trading. Just because they are the only pawn brokers in Rockhampton doesn’t give them the right to blatantly rip people off and give less warranty than they legally have to.”

I ordered from Perth and had the item sent along with a tracking number the next day. Very friendly service and fast shipping, would definitely recommend. “Absolutely a joke bought a kids fishing Rod got to my hotel room and realised the head was broken took it back the next day and the rude guy in the store with a beard could not help me cause I did not have the receipt, funny thing was he was there when I purchased it and he is aware I was not given the receipt. Still had its price tag on. He claims to be the owner of the store which I doubt as his level of rudeness and carefree is not how you would expect a business owner to behave. Don’t waste your time you can do better on gum tree.”
