“This is one of the most amazing and interesting shop ever! There is SO much stock to look at, not garbage at all as someone wrote on a review. The owner is a fantastic lady, she gives you privacy and time to wonder around. For anyone to say otherwise the person can only be a sour soul. I have bought many presents there and will continue to do so and I will be very happy if the owner sits with me for a cuppa tea. By the way, the tea selection is amazing too!!”

“A lovely place full of interesting curated and sorted vintage goods, each room separated into it's own style and era. Overall a very well put together display of items. There are plenty of pitfalls however, as most things are insanely overpriced, especially considering the state of some items. The most egregious part was the service by far, who I can only assume is the owner was rather rude, as when we went to purchase there was absolutely no customer service, the only thing that was blurted out to us was the price, no hello, goodbye or anything. You would imagine someone that spends a majority of the day sitting and drinking tea would be in a bit of a brighter mood. Though there was another gentleman working who was lovely and told us about some items showed genuine passion and interest. Addendum: Within hours of posting this the owner made a Facebook post, screenshotting my review and posting it with my name uncensored in an attempt to pry sympathy with unrelated information and essentially sic her followers on me in the comments. Her lack of ability to take any real criticism is apparently a known issue, and is a shame for any business, especially small ones, as you are not going to grow. In regards to the points she tried to make in the Facebook post; I don't expect vintage shops to be as cheap as op shops, but your stock is literally garbage in some areas, there was an empty cardboard nail box priced at $10, and rusty railroad spikes at $12 as pictured. And you weren't stocking nor with customers at the time of our visit, you were on your phone having tea. You even complained about a lack of sales in the post, which makes no sense, as people aren't buying your stuff because it's overpriced, so you can't have your cake and eat it too in regards to your complaints. There's a million better ways to handle an honest review, but hey, go the route you want, it's not my business.”

“This is an amazing shop, brimming with the most incredible collection of antiques and collectibles. Definitely give yourself enough time to explore the many rooms because there's so much to see. There's a lovely tea area if you want to rest and have a chat plus you might just find some cat snuggles are also available. Prices are very reasonable and they also have beautiful orchids brought in which are also for sale. A real little gem in Mackay.”

“Put a couple of hours aside if you plan to come here, so much treasure to sort through! Multiple rooms which have their own themes. Clothes and glo mesh and crystal glassware oh my! Pretty good prices. There is a little cafe situation set up in the middle of the maze to relax and have a cuppa.”

“This store is so much fun!!! If you’re up for a nostalgia trip, or want to see some truly vintage stuff then this is the perfect spot. The owner/staff are lovely and there is even a (very small) cafe on site. You might even have the pleasure of being greeted by two adorable cats! 🐈 My sister found an amazing cup in her recent visit. If you have a keen eye too then you’ll definitely find some real treasures. There is so much to look at, to be honest, I was a bit overwhelmed 🤣 but it just means that no matter how often you visit, you’ll always see something new.”
