Unfortunately, when I tried it on again at home, it broke into two pieces almost immediately. I checked to see if I could fix it, but it was completely broken, which was disappointing. However, when I called the shop, a staff member advised me to return the item to the shop. I went back the same morning, and she welcomed me warmly, even remembering me from earlier. She kindly offered me a refund or exchange—I chose a refund, and she processed it without any hesitation. I really appreciate the friendly and professional customer service. You don’t always find this kind of support in op shops, so I was very happy with how the situation was handled. I would definitely recommend this op shop for their excellent customer care.”

“This place used to be the most affordable op shop until recently. How you are just as greedy as the rest. Charging $45 for a cane basket without a bottom and then when it doesn’t sell you cut out a fake bottom and stuff it in there so no one can see it’s broken and then still charge $45? Absolutely disgusting and you all should be ashamed of yourselves”

“What an amazing shop. My daughter and I spent 2 hours there on a Saturday afternoon. We could have easily spent the whole day. I don't live in the neighbourhood (sadly) but I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who does. You will not be disappointed. My daughter and I most certainly weren't disappointed. It's very reasonably priced. Almost all our items were in the $5 to $7 range. Nothing we saw was stained or had holes, everything was in tip top condition.”
