“We always enjoy visiting this particular op shop when in town. The staff are helpful and the book selection is excellent. I can't fault the staff, and unlike another critical reviewer, these are people who volunteer and have to sort through all the stuff others can't be bothered sorting out for themselves. They aren't your servants and there's no need for ageism to describe who you have a problem with. Maybe step in their shoes for some life lessons before commenting.”

“If you are a bit addicted to collecting CDs and DVDs like myself, then Lifeline Colac is for you! They always have a top tear selection to choose from in film and tv titles and I always find a hidden gem or two in the music section. The staff are always lovely, too! I am always really chuffed after a shop there.”

Me: "I have some donations, do you expect them in store.?" Her: "what's in that box.?" Me: "books, new clothes, shoes" Her: "yeah, right.. put them over there..!" END OF CONVERSATION. no thank you, nothing..! * The MAN ⭐⭐⭐⭐ running around, turning lights on, cleaning, wheel binning. AWESOME, EXCELLENT, exactly what customer service should be like.. The store it's self: Messy and Unorganised. Cheap items over priced. BUT LOTS OF ITEMS. Maybe take your time when having a look.”
