“I thought this was one of the best stores for products inside. You could literally out fit a unit with almost everything you need. Unfortunately for me I only found 1 item I was looking for but that was ok. Staff were friendly and parking was easy.”
“I visited your store today. There was a car parked directly out the front right across the footpath. I suggested to your (2) staff at the front counter that they might enquire whose car it was and get it moved as not only is it illegal, it's also very dangerous for disability and aged clients, who make up most of your clientele. The utter indifference I received was unbelievable. I was told 'we don't know who owns it' and then ignored. Really not good enough.”
“The prices are absolutely horrendous, you are a charity store that gets every single item donated to you for free as well as employing volunteers. You are price gouging people in need by selling old, ripped and stained clothing for $30 a piece. Greedy people should not be running charity stores.”
“Store sales staff was friendly. However, very rude delivery person. Sounded rude by his tone and attitude. Felt bothered to drop the furniture even outside the entrance when there is particularly a huge space to drop off the items easily. Head gesture to his another colleague when I asked to get the vehicle to drop off the item at the building entrance cleared showed that. They need to learn the courtesy on how to talk to a customer, specially when the customer is paying for the item and service. They said they don't deliver up stairs and I said it was fine but when dropping off the items, it did not look as if they were happy even to do that.”
