Lifeline Shop

“Opening hours are 9.30am -4.30pm Monday-Friday and 9.30am-1.30pm Saturday ”

“Absolutely the best op shop around. Great quality and variety of clothes, toys, books. You want it they’ve got it! ”

“witnessed how a customer was treated by 4 staff members behind the counter infront of other customers. Once she had left these staff members continued to discuss the even that had taken place within hearing range of all others in the shop. This is meant to be lifeline for those in desperate need.”

“Absolutely disgusting. Witnessed a a young mother wanting to purchase clothes for her children and was given "wrong pricing" verbally. Staff were apologising for wrong price , and didnt allow lady to purchase with her $20. Customers tried to pay for this lady as it was children items and obviously needed, but were refused to be allowed to pay on her behalf. This lady left in tears. Disgusting behaviour from staff. Meant to be "lifeline" yet treated awful.”

“Visited store yesterday at 2.50pm. I had 4 bags of goods to drop in. Trouble opening door. Lady came & said they were closed, but took my goods. Wouldn't let the people behind me in. If your hours are till 3pm, that is what the public expect.”
