Lifeline Shop Hamilton North

“Ease of drop off. Friendly person at drop off. Easy to find. Good directions and signage within the industrial estate.”

“Very expensive. Trying to get full retail prices(some above retail) for thier quality items. Alot of things I picked up had chips and cracks and they still asked quite a price for them. Just a reminder to the staff. You get the stuff for free. The shops next door have better prices and they BUY and sell.”

“Please pick up the phone. I tried calling to see if you would donations. But you kept hanging up the phone. My donations are going elsewhere. Sorry.”

“Staff so helpful! We arrived just before the store closed after a day of packing our house up to move interstate with some bags of clothes to donate. Our experience at this store was far more pleasant than our earlier attempts. Despite the warehouse being closed, the staff member was willing to take our few bags of clothes to avoid them going to the tip.”

“Not even worthy of 1 star to be honest! Staff members have absolutely 0 to -1 clue in terms of how the business operates. Poor communication among staff members and even towards the customers. To be frank using the word "poor" will be equivalent to giving them a Gold Medal, that's how trash they are!!! Absolutely no care for public relations...you guys need to grow up and behave your age. That's the least to ask for!!”
