“I Visited Lifeline at Liverpool, I found an art piece that was interesting. The lady at the counter said it had no price tag and she sent her manager a message for a price guide. I offered what i could afford whilst waiting for a response from her manager. Then browsing nosey karen came to the counter and pointed at the art piece saying “that’s worth more than what i was offering!” I said its got nothing to do with her! All items in charity shops like Lifeline are all donated for free! So that karen had no right suggesting that items should be priced higher or people should be charged more! Then the lady at the counter wanted to charge me $100!! for a free donated item! What a joke!! Get over yourselves! It’s not a boutique or an antique shop that you mark up price because of a nosey karen’s meddling opinion! You sell items for charity not for profit!”
“Not very close to the station. It is on a street further behind Westfield. Prices are reasonable but some items are not priced hence it cannot be sold. Shop is not very large but a few clothes are not priced. Cashier on Monday doesn't seem friendly or helpful. When a customer shows interest in an unpriced item, she points to the sign "No price, no sale". Is there a better way to serve the customer and make money to the shop? Some items are 25% discounted.”
“Nice shop well laid out and most staff are lovely. However one lady is quite unnecessarily rude. I've had a run in with her and also witnessed her treat other customers rudely. No need for it.”
