“Worst op shop ive ever been 2 super expensive, and very small selection dont come here!!”
“Negative experience, took my child to choose some books, radio blaring excessively loud so I momentarily turned it down slightly so as not to deafen my child. Old mate with the beard comes and cranks it back up immediately. I explained it is too loud. Old mate replies "it doesn't matter" as he walks off. Decided to put back items and leave. No respect for customers.”
“THEY HAVE MOVED INSIDE OPPOSITE RAYSHAYS !! It's a great big spacious clean store. No longer has the formal section that the old store had upstairs. Very clear long accessible shopping for all abilities. Good clean clothing and the usual boring 'NEW' lines that Lifeline carries of homewares and furniture etc. Missing the 'art of the hunt'. Mainstrean and boring with no nice displays as other stores have. Really lacking in any personality. Some secondhand bric-a-brac was close to new prices. (thanks Google) Collectibles are cheaper online and very over priced. Overall a very below average experience. ACCESS✅ Nice and spacious accessible shopping for all abilities with most stock within reach for those travelling on wheels. Transport to Riverlink is via bus with sealed walkways so very accessible. NEURODIVERGENT⚠️🎧 The lighting is very bright and harsh not like the old store. There was a stereo at the back blaring the radio full blast making the shopping experience horrible. Wear your headphones and sunnies to lessen the harsh stimulus!”
“Not very friendly, very abruptly said they don’t accept lifeline volunteer loyalty cards. She could have been much nicer to explain why. Not all staff members are the same.”
“Formal section was great for formals and wedding gear, some even new!”
