“Took some bags or high quality clothing donations in and the lady in the back room glared at me, growled how much have you got, and said well I suppose I’ll take it then… I replied I can take them somewhere else if you like! How rude and bad customer service from an otherwise very nice friendly store what a shame next time I’ll take my stuff elsewhere”
“I can't begin to explain how badly the women at the counter were going off just because I didn't have a mask on... Apart from not being able hear the woman in question as I am deaf ... But anyone that walking in to a business with out wearing one the staff should presume that person is excempt .. You do not need to ask where there mask is, nor do you do you need to see proof either .. I won't be going back in a hurry either, as the ship is to unwelcoming...”
