“Lovely staff and always find some goodies here”
“Recently visited this lifeline, and witnessed what I could only describe as racism from staff. I completely understand there is an issue/ history with youth and the store (from the sounds of it). There is no need to use derogatory terms, frustration is no excuse. There is no valid excuse to use racism. I found this whole situation jarring, especially coming from a charity op shop. If you are so worried potentially look into getting a store security guard.”
“Very well organised. Low to medium prices for op shop.”
“More expensive than expected for second hand items.... staff were friendly and place was clean”
“has a great range of stuff to help out anyone and the staff here are all so very friendly welcoming and are willing to help you find anything that you may need i will definitely be back so great job”
