“High prices, Misleading sales Rude staff Guaranteed heatstroke when you shop in this store. ”
“This shouldn't be called a charity shop. The prices are ridiculous. Blu-ray with $2 Cash Converters sticker selling for $6.50 gives you an idea. Sneakers for $30. Man's shirt $15. I miss 'opp shopping' for a bargain.”
“I cannot believe how high the prices are in this shop. $35 for a necklace not gold or silver just a cheap necklace $35. I would never donate to lifeline”
“I really don’t know how the workers here can justify the prices they put on items, I come in often hoping I can find a bargain…I’ve seen items stay on the shelves for months and even after they have crossed off the old price for instance a glass bottle for $10 to $5 it still does not get sold because it’s trash…this store is beginning to look more like a dump than an opportunity store. If the prices weren’t so high on literal dirty items then maybe you would sell more meaning more option of rotation for new donated items. It’s a shame…even watching the ladies put the prices on items wondering how delusional are you all like really. When I lived in Warwick the op shops there had dollar racks, multiple store Sales on and they were always busy building a beautiful community of people who would come in. Do better and make a change to see change.”
“The prices here were insane! I’ve never seen anything like it. A dirty disgusting cabbage patch doll for $25? Try $2… I can buy that brand new for $25 at target. A rooster ornament from the reject shop for $35??? A piece of glass for $10? A dusty thing of fake roses for $50? Were in a cost of living crisis and this is meant to be an affordable place to shop. I walked straight back out. Please educate yourselves on things like tk maxx, temu, Kmart etc. I can buy these items for much cheaper there! You need to keep up with the competition.”
