“So overpriced. Supposed to be a place where people with little funds can grab a bargain. Leather jackets $100 and alot at retail prices..even the coffee mugs were overpriced and have seen cheaper brand new at kmart. Getting things for free then overcharging the poor is not right.”

“Not happy with the service, their policies or the way the place is run at the Toormina store. Some staff members were lovely and others not so nice at all. I personally, will never enter the store again, let alone spend any money there. "Bees love honey not vinagar"”

“The pricing man was super rude! He put an $80 price tag on a throw rug that wouldn't cost that much new. The dress my daughter bought cost $15 and once home she discovered it had been cut roughly to shorten. Op shops should be there to support folk not rip them off. It was super demoralising after losing so much to flooding to then be overcharged and treated rudely.”
