“The nice lady gave us a great bargain. Will shop here again.”
“I made an honest mistake. I had a trailer packed with rubbish and I mean packed. Took me 20 minutes to get it all of the trailer. The tip guy found 2 pieces of asbestos. No bigger than 10cm x 10cm. Clearly an honest mistake I didn't see it and had made no attempt to hide it. If I wanted to get rid of such small pieces there are other ways. The guy PICKED A PIECE UP and showed me. They then said the hole lot is contaminated. Seriously it is not a chemical it needs to be broken and fibres in the air. No warning nothing $500 fine. Yes I did the wrong thing. But again clearly an honest mistake. Being first time and being such a small amount in such a big load. An educational warning would have been sufficient and reasonable. They were very rude. And you could tell they were so power tripping it was embarrassing to watch.”
“I generally don’t write compliments, but I feel I need to in this case. All the staff are wonderful but Shylo in particular goes above and beyond on every occasion I visit. He always helps me in a friendly and bubbly manner it makes my experience enjoyable. Thank you Shylo!”
“3/10/22.. couldn't be any more helpful or friendly, simply the best🏆 Still courteous, helpful staff.. if you're not recycling you're missing out. Bloody bonza.. fellas at the bottle recycling were so helpful and accommodating.. very efficient operation”
“The young chap in the sorting out area is a credit to his employers. Very helpful and cheerful to boot. The lady at the booth was great especially when my phone didn't want to co_operate with the scan in.”
