“I was amused at how rude, ignorant and pretentious the owners of this place were. Edited to add: I found the reply by the owner to be defensive, condescending and in no way concerned with my experience as a customer. It is apparent that the owner is only concerned with deflecting blame from herself and refuses to take responsibility for her atrocious behaviour and customer service. I was having a very good day when I walked into the shop and I had a very good day after I left. I don’t allow anyone on ruin my day. The point of these Google reviews is to give prospective customers some insight into what they can expect when they walk through the door and spend their hard earned money. So, if you like the idea of having a bombastic yank mansplaining the shop to you while his catty wife (Leanne - the owner) makes snarky, degrading comments about the clothes you are wearing, then by all means, go in and immerse yourself in this bizarre experience.”
