“for a shop that GETS THINGS FOR FREE mostly secondhand.. that are MEANT TO HELP PEOPLE.. they charge wayyy to much for things.. it's like they charge top dollar because the staff pocket some of the money or something.. it's ridiculous.. they should be ashamed..”
“Extremely rude lady on counter who served me today. Should be ashamed.”
“Can always find a bargain here. Friendly staff too. Bring along your unwanted household items for donation. All proceeds go to a good cause.”
“Fill a bag from shopping trolleys and get a real bargain. The prices of clothes generally are a bit higher than I am willing to pay. I have always found the staff friendly.”
“Sad was Once a Brillent store now 😴. Very disappointing, had been in the Devonport store. Sadly the staff are not interested in assisting. Tried to buy a white teapot 2 weeks ago stood at the counter waiting & a lady can up went behind counter grabbed something looked at me and continued to go to the back of the store . while 2 female staff members talked about getting the next day off have a weekend holiday . So gave up & left. Went in yesterday not 1 person near or at front counter will not be back in a hurry. No assistance at all.”
