“Great shop Huge range, but the prices on the clothes are absolutely ridiculous, I can't believe how much second hand clothes have increased, it's a real shame 😞”

“Bought a 100 dollar wardrobe. Fine in shop. Bits broke off when delivered. Had to thoroughly clean the top, I couldn't see the top in store or I wouldn't have bought it. It was coated in mold and dust!! Disgusting. They would not take it back or refund part of it. Other two shelves were $80/each full of dust and cobwebs and more marks when it got delivered, you couldnt see as it was wedged against other furniture and hard to move myself, good sales tactic to trick people. Funny how we donate it must be clean, different rule when you buy. Rip off. Be careful! Not coming back ever again. At another time I found target jeans, $20 bucks and no tags, target had same pair in store new for $15. Be careful.”

“While most of the staff and helpers were nice and welcoming there were a number of people who were rude and dismissive. I was trying on the shoes and a middle aged woman came up to us and started telling us that we were too young to wear the heeled sandals in a very confronting way even though we were paying customers. Once we were up to the counter I gave the lady serving us a few dollar coins to pay for the dress I had chosen (which wasn't more than 8$). She then rolled her eyes at me and continued to treat me as if was an 8 year old. Don't know why as all the previous times I had visited the store there had been no problems.”

“We were very disappointed with our visit here. Although a wide range and variety of options, we were unable to find any winter jackets/ jumpers or jeans. The front of the store is stocked with new products while all the secondhand goods are at the back. The store is clean and fairly well arranged. Not a lot of men’s wear either.”

“A great variety of new and used items. New furniture is a bit overpriced given it's a second hand store but they do have sales up to 20% off. Negotiations also aren't on offer which is a shame. Besides that, the staff are helpful and the store is well layed out and spacious.”
