“I've been to this op shop a few times with ex-partner and managed to take away some true treasures as long as I had the "money" alas sadly if you're ever looking for charitable behaviour the manager of this said establishment is too frugal and childish to understand the behest of charitability. If you're looking for a better op shop you will find one everywhere else except there, this opinion may merely be mine, but take heed... this op shop requires a new manager.. I will not be returning until someone who understands the purpose and cause for op shops heritage and ancestral birthing into a business is appointed the managers position.. to any who still choose to invest here, just remember, they are unfortuitously and unvirtuously directed, the rest of the staff are lovely, the manager? Should quit.. they don't even understand their role and any objection or objectification of this review will be regarded by me as a desperate form of apologetic dismissal and rectification.. id rather they repent their discrepancies at a lecture on Sundays.. I will shop elsewhere for good willed services.. -J”
“The Manager (Grant) has assembled friendly staff and the store is run very well. They have some great items, especially quality furniture.”
“This is a great place to shop, curios, white goods,TVs, outstanding book selection, outstanding furniture in fact a fun and inexpensive way to spend a morning or Arvo looking for that one little thing you just can't find anywhere else.and,of course, lovely staff, did I mention the clothes, retro and otherwise, sheets, doonas, paintings.enjoy”
“The front desk service was being racist. I am an Asian lady, after I have picked my items i went to the checkout at the front, the lady saw me and said hello to me, which made me thought she was polite and would serve me well, but then what she did was disrespectful. When she was halfway through serving me, a fair-skinned lady beside me was glancing at the jewelry on the table and asked her for the prices, she immediately stopped serving me and responded to the fair-skinned lady instead. I waited for a while then she came back and served me. If the lady behind me kept asking questions, I would of have to waited for longer. I would like to know was this just a defect of the customer service of the shop or was it because of her awful behaviour caused this rudeness?”
“Absolutely love this shop, brought set of drawers, with a coat of paint look fabulous,”
