“I had really bad experience as a retail volunteer at this place. I worked there for free for almost over 100hours. I was in desperate position as I couldn't find part time jobs elsewhere because of covid and I thought this would count as work experience in future. However, when I finally almost got a new part time job, the manager at the store Yvonne Saltari who had agreed to be my reference gave really bad review which made sure I didn't get the new job. And this too in a time where as an international student I was finding it difficult to pay rent or even get groceries. It is clear that this organization does not value the hard work and dedication of their volunteers, nor do they care about the negative impact their actions may have on their volunteers' lives. I would never recommend anyone offering their service or time for free at this please.”

“Visited yesterday, never again! Overpriced charity shop whose items are donated! Rude staff especially the 2 on the purchase counter, couldnt even be bothered to acknowledge me or stop their conversation between themselves!”

“The store itself is pretty good but the staff do not know customer service or personal space /social distancing I have had the same lady basically push me out the way a couple times and leaning over in front of me. A simple excuse me or just waiting 5 seconds while I pick up the item I was looking at.”
