“Beautifully set up boutique style op shop. Clean. There isn't alot of brica or toys. Clothing was all quote uo their in price and unfortunately didn't fine anything worth purchasing what teh price points. Worth a look as clothes seemed pretty good quality.”

“Unfortunately we just came across the most rude staff member in a very long time. She was very short and rude to my wife who was at the counter asking a simple question about the pressure cooker we were buying. When we did get to ask about the cooker she said the top is broken and we shouldn't be selling it. My wife asked if we could just buy the bottom, is there anything you can do? She was again very rude in the way she said, no discounts. This is not true, as we both witnessed the customer before us receive a discount because of some faulty shoes, which this same woman gave permission for the discount to happen. I told her politely she doesn't need to speak in that way, and gave her the $20. When my wife told her she has a full loyalty card for the shop she again in the same surprisingly rude tone and manner, told her its too late the sale had already gone through and couldn't use it. And nothing she could apparently do as the manager wasn't there, yet she had just given another staff member permission to make a discount. It doesn't add up. There was absolutely no warrant to talk the way she did, and no person especially a staff member, should speak to another, especially a customer, in the way she did too. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and hope she is not a rude person generally and was perhaps having a bad day. However i won't be returning to this shop after that experience. Considering the Red Cross is a humanitarian organisation, anyone who experienced this woman's attitude would agree that she should not be working for and representing such a store.”

“Beautifully presented stock , staff are lovely . People who comment on pricing should stop and think about the fact that these shops are run by volunteers , they still have to pay rent and ancillaries as well as insurances , yes the goods are donated , but those who donate saleable goods are interested in extending the life of things as well as helping the charity , not all goods donated are saleable so then the organisation has to pay to dispose of it . Besides anything else the volunteers are proud of what they do so give them a go or go to the shop next door where you will pay ridiculous prices for things that are mass produced in sweat shops overseas .”
