“The best op shop ever with the friendliest staff. Always have the best finds ❤️”
“Yesterday I went to buy a top using a $6 credit from last October which I kept forgetting to use for articles I regularly purchased . My credit was refused. I said I'd buy the top and if it wasn't suitable I'd bring it back next day as we come for coffee next door daily. This option was refused....Myer, David Jones, Harris Scarfe etc etc have no problem and give a 30 day window to return! This is an Op Shop, for goodness sake!!!. I have donated and bought from here since it opened but NEVER again. Bad Customer Service! Bring back the lovely Fran!”
“This store feels more like an independently owned boutique rather than an op shop. The items were displayed in such a thoughtful and cohesive way and the aesthetic of the space was very appealing. Staff were also very welcoming, I’ll definitely be stopping in again :)”
“RSPCA Blackwood is a nice little store with a great team and caring store manager. They do the best with the limited resources they have. The prices are very reasonable given the proceeds go to Animals. Buying second hand is also better than buying from sweatshop supporting Target or Kmart. Better for the environment too!”
“It's a great little shop. However I'm pretty disappointed that it's become another opshop attempting to sell things at extreme prices. Went in to look around, found a yellow pillow that was $6, decided to pop it back and think about it while looking around. The sales lady immediately grabbed the pillow and said that it was far too cheap and that they could sell it for $60 instead. 10x the price??? No yellow pillow for me. Just because the big consumer industries charge high prices does not mean that secondhand opshops should.”
