“Always friendly staff. Great prices. Love stopping in here and looking. You never know what treasure you might find”
“Received disgusting treatment when they double charged me and I dared asked for an immediate refund, as that money was needed for the rest of the day. Then had the gall to claim that they would be $27 out. No, that is a straight out lie. You get all your goods for free. And you overcharge as it is. Don't claim to be a charity if you can't even do the humanly decent thing and acknowledge and make restitution for your errors. This shop sums up eveything wrong with modern op-shops.”
“Morning shift for one of your volunteers at the cash register. An elderly guy with broken English tries to negotiate with her for a better price. She responds loudly : “this is not Bali”. He leaves and she makes fun of his broken English to other clients. Racism at his best. Shame on you 😡”
“Pretty sure this Op shop is managed by and only employs those who like to wear white pointed bedsheets on their head and burn crosses on the weekends (if you catch my drift). You only get customer service if you are pure white. Tested this theory over many visits, over many months and on different days. I always got the same result.”
“The cleanest op shop I’ve been to in my life. Great quality clothes and the staff is very friendly they even gave a little Ooshi toy to my daughter who was so happy. Price range starting around $5-$8, it could be cheaper but everything else was so great that I didn’t mind buying for that price and it goes to a good cause. Also the only op shop around open during the new year period”
