“We have visited many op shops around the country and found this one a little pricey.”
“The ladies out the back seemed lovely. Unfortunately, the unpleasant lady on the till (on a Wednesday - perhaps the same old lady as in another review?) accused my 5 year old daughter of shoplifting her own jacket. She removed her jacket shortly after entering the store so I carried it with me as we browsed before she put it back on before we went to pay. I chose not to purchase any items after hearing the accusation and will not be back.”
“Good op shop. Nice service with a smile. Kids clothing is mostly $2 a piece. Men’s tshirts at $8 each and swim shorts at $5 didn’t feel real thrifty, but got us out of a spot.”
“I entered your store roughly after 9am yesterday as I was early for a legal appointment. As I started shopping with my two little ones I noticed a worker an elderly lady short hair with glasses complaining about staff the day before leaving certain areas in such a mess and also out the back where there was unwashed mugs and rubbish everywhere. Very hard not to overhear the conversation I was going through some clothing my two year-old was right beside my feet sitting pushing a toy car, as she walked past she snatched the toy car off my son and said your not to play with this it is for sale. I said we are going buy it ofcourse or he wouldn't have it & im nearly done. I said your incredibly rude!! I then told her I'm a regular here and spend quite abit of money here every week I have never seen you before? The other staff are so welcoming and lovely. She said she only works on a Wednesday, she obviously got up on the wrong side of bed and took her frustration out on total strangers clearly unhappy to be there and deal with ppl she should of stayed HOME!!! if you only knew what me and my family are going through right now 🥺 Hands down to all you other amazing staff 👌 I WILL NEVER RETURN ON A WEDNESDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
“Friendly caring volunteers who provided good customer service. Good quality second hand goods at reasonable prices.”
