“I dont usually shop salvos as everywhere else they are a complete joke price wise- but for these ladies who volunteer, I am so ever so grateful. I'm attempting to open my own family day care after being straddled with HECs debt obtaining my early childhood degree, and they have gone out of their way enabling me to fill up a bag of dolls clothes, fabric scraps, wool, toys books...very cheap! Its not a hand out but a hand up towards economic self sufficiency and they recognise this, offering full support! Im so grateful for their kindness. Your donations to this store arent used to line the CEOs pockets. Already children in my care have benifitted- this is how charities should work. I will be donating other things as a giving back to this store to say thankyou. Its the only place aside from care for animals op shop in Lithgow I bother with.”

“Some extremely rude volunteers/staff in this store,,selling new stuff that was given to them due to store closure at nearly full price is wrong,,prices are to high & no favours given,,thought the salvos was for the disadvantaged & people in need,I did have respect for the salvos once but not anymore,,seems you have to be in the small loop to get anything from these guys.”
