“a huge store with lots and lots of stuff, unfortunately the prices are way too high on many items. Not the friendliest staff either.”
“The manager Cindy has got to be the rudest person ever! Considering they get their items donated by kind people expecting it to be sold for not a major profit it's ridiculous. Wouldn't price down a few items that obviously needed repairing and a little TLC because "that's why they're priced like that". Could find the same item $20 cheaper (and brand new) at bloody kmart. Poor checkout chick looked so disappointed and was very sorry so can't fault her at all. Won't donate here every again and definitely will shop at Anglicare or another op shop.”

“There are a few clear issues with this store. - I was told that if an electronic toy doesn't work, even when I've kept the receipt that I cannot exchange... What kind of store (especially second-hand) does that...? I purchased a fur real toy and the batteries inside were leaking when I got home to change them... I had to throw it out and felt ripped off. - There was a legit voodoo doll amongst the kids toys. It even said "not safe for children". The lady at the register had no idea but she let me take it home and burn it. - The price of stuff! I've donated in good faith and you've sold it for more than what I purchased it for... A positive note I will say however, is that your baby clothing is well priced. Nobody should be charging more than $4-$5 a piece for baby clothing.”
“Update: I visited today 26 March and got curtains. One of the pair has a tag of $25, but I was made to pay $25 each. I mean curtains are sold as a pair isnt it, so I thought it was for the pair. Nice curtains though but just uncertain if I was done right/wrong by the cashier. I got an Impressionists book as well for $5. Huge shop! I'll come again. I bought some wall hangings, gravy boats, Renoir book, dining plates”
