“Very rude workers, after I asked for the price to be lowered from $7 to $5 as the silk had holes and had strains coming out, they said no which was fine but the older lady after that did not ask if I was a member, didn’t look at me in the eyes, looked miserable, didn’t fold my clothes and just left them in a pile and just left me to grab them in my arm pit without giving me a bag. I did have about 5 items. (I didn’t end up asking for a bag since the service was bad so I thought forget about it) I’m a local and this is the worst service I’ve had in the Bega valley op shops. I did look at her name but lucky for her I have forgotten :(”

“Amazing store, recently renovated and kept up to immaculate standards of stock and visual marketing. A really wide range of goods from new beds to vintage clothes and to suit all tastes from classy to abominable. But wait! The best is yet to come in the form of staff hand selected for unique qualities and complimentary characters. From the maestro spinning discs beneath dreads, to the ladies keeping it churning out the front, fed by the volunteer engine out the back. If you remember Harry Potter, there is someone just as magical in store with an associated name. Of course, we can't omit the store highlight which is the chance to visit on a Saturday and be served by the irrepressible, unpredictable and hopefully appropriate, Michael.”
