“Extremely over priced for 2nd hand clothing. Asking $40 for a skirt, $25 for a well worn dress, $18 for what looked like a homemade skirt, nothing special. Don't bother here cheaper to buy new at kmart.”
“When I walk into an op shop, check a price on a nondescript item of clothing and it is $35, I usually walk right out... but I'd driven quite far, so I had a look around. Very overpriced. Cheap copies priced at designer prices. I really don't mind if a second hand shop prices a brand new pair of doc martens boots at $100, because that's still a bargain - but make sure it's not a cheap knock off. No bargains to be had here.”
“Lovely little boutique type store. It has a fresh feel to it & its very clean & bright.”
“August 2022 review UPDATE: Dropped two stars in the past year or so 🫣😭😅 Staff is still lovely. But the vibe really shifted when they updated the shop to look modern, it’s just not the same. I miss the old shop in all her dusty glory :( I feel like they try a little harder to be more “boutique” now. Selling replica designer bags for $30-70…? Idk if it’s from the type of stock that gets donated or managerial decision on what to put out on the shop floor, but there’s way less vintage labels and more modern stuff. Which is good for some people ig but there used to be sooo many 50s-90s stuff here from the 5-7 years I’ve frequented this shop TLDR it is gentrifying like the rest of north Briz wah ——————————————- OLD May 2021 review: One for the classic Geebung oppy trail! Used to come here with my mum when I was a tween and this place single-handedly turned me to an op-shop addict. I thrift a lot now for work purposes and this is still consistently one of my faves. ⭐ Insane stock turnover. They have something new ALL the time ⭐ The product quality!!! Always something exceptional here without fail. Some unreal finds include a real fur jacket and shawl for $12 each, a pair of Chloé leather boots, Miu Miu flats, a bunch of Levi's, and branded active wear including Lululemon, Lorna Jane, Kathmandu, The North Face, etc. ⭐ Friendly and lovely vollies ⭐ Well-organised shop. Not too big but not too tiny either 🌷💙”
“Very rude staff. The man at the store raised his voice at my little girl and asked with an annoyed voice "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" when she was trying on a pair of ladies' shoes. My daughter is quite playful because she found the pair pretty and wanted to walk with it and look at herself in the mirror. We've been to every op shop in the strip and this is the only place where the staff didn't even bother saying hello to its patrons nor at least tried to become friendly.”
